Final Sale Items - Sealed TCG Products

Due to the nature of TCG products, all sealed product sales are final.  However, if your item(s) arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us at support@mrallenspokeshop so we can make things right

Cancellations

As long as your order has not been shipped, you may cancel at any time by sending a cancellation e-mail to support. Cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover the non-refundable transaction processing fee, and is deducted from your total refund amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
